I found out he was my brother a couple months ago, my mom told me. She told me the story about him. Who, what, when, where. All of those things. Every detail she knew about him. I told my two best friends exactly what my mom told me and they found his Facebook. I added him that day and then he accepted. He had mutual friends with me already. Which was weird because they were my cousins so, they probably knew about this way before I did. So, maybe he does know who I am. Or maybe he knows that he has a long lost sister on the other side of the country. I don’t know. A few days later, I finally had the balls to message him on Facebook. My heart was beating faster and faster as I was typing. I waited weeks for a reply. I never got one. I made another attempt to message him. Once again, no reply. I was pretty sad to know he didn’t reply to the messages because I really wanted to talk to him. I wanted to know everything about him. I wanted to know if he knew who I was and if he did, how long he’s known. I had so many questions for him, but he wouldn’t answer one. Javier Fontanilla is his name. He’s 15 years old and literally 10 days older than me. He lives in California. That’s all I really know about him. Oh, I know one other thing. I know he has a tumblr. I just don’t know what it is.
